Assistant Manager, Marketing, Central & Western China

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
Support in planning and implementation of consumer marketing initiatives such as media coops, public relations, digital marketing and consumer events, promoting annual core experiences and seasonal mega events of Hongkong in Central and Western China (Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan and Guizhou)
To manage national media clipping house on daily / monthly basis for quality service of daily news report, monthly report, project reports and other on demand request. Responsible for monthly service fee payment, annual supplier evaluation and selection
To assist to cultivate and maintain a close relationship with local traditional, online and digital media channels and KOLs
To collect market intelligence and conduct routine basis reports on monthly basis
To bring familiarisation groups to go to Hong Kong through management assignments
To assist and organize marketing promotional activities
To support other disciplines as required
To carry out required administrative jobs
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
University Degree holder
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in hospitality or tourism-related business
Knowledge in digital, advocacy and consumer insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated strong teamwork in supporting the department to reach business goals
Detail-oriented
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Good time management in fast pace working environment
Familiar with trade marketing is a plus
LOCATION
- The position is located in our Chengdu Office.
- We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
