Assistant, QTS (6-month Contract)

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?

• To provide database support, maintain merchants’ profile and prepare reports for monitoring various QTS programmes
• To provide support on data input & vetting of merchants’ information and verification of website / PartnerNet / mobile and collaterals etc.
• To provide administrative support for the implementation of sponsorship, co-op and QTS marketing / partnership programs for the promotion of QTS Scheme to visitors, trade and local public
• To undertake any other duties / special assignments as directed by the Managers

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant accounting experiences in multi-national organisation
• Strong PC skills, especially in Excel and NetSuite
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good time management and detail-minded
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Mature, self-initiated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• A team player with communication and collaboration skills
• Part time is also considered
