WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Post-secondary or above education
At least 2 years working experience as a receptionist in a sizable organisation
Preferably with practical experience in handling phone system and enquiries
Be flexible, responsible to perform delegated duties
Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese with polite telephone manner
Fair knowledge of computer and relevant software applications
Fair knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Maintain and ensure a clean and well organised reception area
Work overtime occasionally for supporting operation if needed
Working Hours
Staff will be required to work 9 hours per day (Monday to Friday) with a one-hour meal break included.
Working hours will be assigned in shifts: 0830 to 1730, 0900 to 1800, and 0930 to 1830. The specific shift schedules and arrangements will be determined and communicated by the Manager.
