Senior Executive, Trade Development (9-month Contract)
Location: Hong Kong

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- Provide planning, co-ordination and implementation support to formulate and implement effective consumer and trade marketing programmes which include programme evaluation & progress tracking on major consumer/trade programmes.
- Provide administrative support for trade partnership programmes, budget management and Trade Development team.
- Administer the trade partner portal registration process.
- Provide planning and coordination support for trade familiarization group from overseas markets.
- Provide on-site operation assistance at HKTB mega events.
- Conduct regular visits to Hong Kong travel trade partners to provide them with up-to-date information on HKTB promotional activities, offer assistance in facilitating their promotional efforts, and collect market intelligence.
- Provide planning, organising and execution support on ad hoc marketing activities.
- Undertake any other duties/special assignments/projects as directed by supervisor.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University degree holder with minimum 3 years of marketing/sales experience in travel industry
- Good knowledge/experience in travel industry and tourism product development will be an advantage
- Attuned to industry trends, attention to details, strong in problem solving skills and with analytical mind
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good project management skill and multitasking skill
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Detailed oriental, able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
